Price which property would bring if offered for sale by one who desired to sell but was under no obligation to sell, and was bought by one who desired to buy but was under no necessity to buy. Urban Renewal Agency of City of Lubbock v. Trammel, Tex., 407 S.W.2d 773, 777.
"Fair market value," "reasonable market value" or "fair cash market value" are synonymous. Housing Authority of Birmingham Dist. v. Title Guarantee Loan & Trust Co., 243 Ala. 157, 8 So.2d 835, 837.
